Hi, I’m Rachel! 

I’m a leadership coach and consultant for mission-driven founders and changemaking leaders, but you might also call me a confidence whisperer, complicated situations decoder, compassionate mirror-holder, stress management trainer, relationship consultant and thought partner all rolled into one. 

I work with purpose-driven founders and other visionary leaders who are committed to manifesting positive change in the world, and to building an amazing organizational culture that is inclusive, supportive and takes great care of people. These founders know that they set the tone and are committed to doing their own work so they can lead with confidence, clarity and connection — in a way that is personally sustainable and fulfilling. They get that a strong foundation also means mission-congruent operations that  will scale the heart and soul of their business, not just the bottom line. I work with leaders who might be new to entrepreneurship or not, but who take a holistic view and care about building with integrity and  alignment, and growing themselves as people and leaders. 

Using the latest in neuroscience and drawing from a career in psychotherapy, mindfulness, relationships and communication (not to mention my own journey as an entrepreneur and changemaker), I love helping passionate leaders work through their inevitable doubts, refine and learn to trust their inner compass, set effective boundaries, become confident leaders and skillful communicators, and navigate interpersonal dynamics with greater ease and congruency. As a systems thinker and action-oriented do-er who loves helping to move the needle on impact, I am also available for strategic, people-centered organizational process consulting to help your team get more done faster, better and happier.
