Hi, I’m Rachel Zamore.

I help progressive organizations, Democratic campaigns and purpose-driven entrepreneurs manifest greater impact in a way that is values-aligned, designed for inclusion, and systems minded. I am a creative problem-solver with a background in policy, psychology and capacity-building, and love working with smart, dedicated people towards meaningful change in this complicated and beautiful world.

In my work in advocacy nonprofits, campaigns, and in the world of impact entrepreneurship, so often I see amazingly dedicated people working so hard to manifest their vision for change, but without great attention to the underlying systems and processes that build the foundation for action and sustainable organizational health. There’s just so much else to get done, and it can feel like a luxury or waste of time. But over time, those cobbled-together processes and systems get overgrown, inefficient, or burdensome in unanticipated ways. Sometimes they made sense earlier on, but might not anymore. Sometimes they’re even bringing your culture down. It can be hard to see the forest for the trees when you’re busy taking care of the day-to-day operations and inevitable crises that arise. I get it and have been there!

My sweet spot is being able to weave between big-picture strategy and detail-level implementation, and to engage with people in a way that engages and empowers. I will work with you to draw out what’s working (and what’s not), help untangle processes that have gotten complicated, make tweaks that will save loads of time, and act as your thought partner in designing new processes and frameworks so you can rock your ambitious goals, multiply your impact and support a healthy, vibrant culture. I come from the world of scrappy and resourceful organizers, and have been a by-the-bootstraps impact entrepreneur as well. I will help you leverage whatever resources you have for maximum efficiency, mission alignment and strategic impact.  Let’s do this!

As a former psychotherapist with deep roots in both mission-driven entrepreneurship and nonprofit operations leadership, I love working with smart, dedicated people towards meaningful change in this complicated and beautiful world.
